About me

I am passionate about designing inclusive and accessible products for the greater good.

In my years working as a Senior Product Designer, I have led research and design initiatives that span the full product lifecycle with proven improvements to high-impact metrics. To do this, I partner closely with stakeholders and cross-functional team members to translate requirements and insights into clear experiences and real solutions.

Highlights from my experience include:

  • Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services: I merged multiple Sketch product libraries into one central Figma library with variable modes synced to CSS design tokens — increasing use of design system resources by more than 30% and reducing UI inconsistencies by 50% within two months.

  • Healthcare.gov: I conducted in-depth usability testing for the authenticated My Application product, identifying key pain points and corresponding solutions, resulting in an over 400% increase in success rates for finding and completing key tasks.

  • Army National Guard: I redesigned web experiences by basing user flows on validated user goals and behaviors, resulting in an increase in lead conversions by 15% in the first month and leads being 13% more likely to qualify.

  • Miller Transportation: I built a trustworthy brand and design pattern library for the client, seeing a 35% increase in overall site traffic and a 62% increase in tour bus bookings within the first two years after launch.

I specialize in design systems and I’m an expert in building variable-based Figma libraries aligned with Native experiences and React web views. I have a proven track record of creating resources that empower teams to work with greater clarity, consistency, and speed.

Outside of design, I enjoy biking (on all terrain types), reading and writing, illustrating, hiking & backpacking, learning new things, walking my dog, and turning your pet into your new fav slack emoji.

What it’s like to work with me

Her steady mentorship of teammates, improvements to Figma workflows, and ability to navigate shifting priorities...while maintaining design quality reflect a senior designer who is not only meeting but exceeding expectations through reliable, high-impact performance.

What I’ve been reading lately

I love books for the ability to share new perspectives. I care more about writing style than genre — some favorite authors include Octavia Butler, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, Ursula K. Le Guin, Sally Rooney, and Tana French.

Reading is a lifelong love and I am constantly on the lookout for new recommendations — let me know if you have any!
